Soy yogurt

-2cups soy milk
-1tsp active non- dairy powered acidophilus (this is found in most good health food stores) or 2tbs of soy plain soy yogurt.

*Pre heat your oven to the minimum heat (no more then 110*F) In a medium size jar throw all your ingredients, put the lid on. Shake it all about do a little dance if it helps.
Remove the lid and put it in the oven. Turn the oven off and let it sit in there for 7-10 mins. DON’T OPEN THE OVEN DOOR TILL IT’S DONE. It’s like a mother hen for your yogurt.
*Flavor with whatever you want. I like maple syrup and vanilla but you can use whatever.
*Oh yeah before you flavor it save 2tbs for your next batch.
