Lasagna
This recipe blows the sock off any non-believer
-Pasta sheets
-Oil
-2 can of tomatoes
-a lot of garlic
-an onion
-A whole bunch of mushrooms
-Spinach
-Zucchini
-Capsicum
-rosemary
-Thyme
-Basil (basically any herbs you want)
-Olives/capers (ya know whatever you feel like)
-“Cheese” sauce
-Vegan Cheese
*The amount you need all depends on who many faces you are feeding.
Recipes aren’t exact science. So have fun and muck round.
*fry up onion and garlic then add your tomatoes and your herbs and simmer down.
In another pot make your cheese sauce. I usually add the spinach to the “cheese” sauce. Get yourself square baking tin/ oven proof dish and start layering your pasta sheet then tomato sauce, pasta sheet then “cheese” sauce. Basically keep this up until you run out of sauce or space. I like to have the top layer “cheese” sauce, but hey it’s up to you. Sprinkle nutritional yeast on top. Bung it in the oven at around 180*C ish for 20-30 mins or until a knife goes through the pasta sheets easy as.
