Cup Cakes
-3 cups Self raising Flour
-1½ cups sugar
-1½ cups of water
-1 cup oil
-1 tbs baking soda
-1 Tbsp white vinegar
-1 tsp vanilla essence
*if you want chocolate add 1 cup of cocoa and ½ a cup more water
*lemon and coconut is my fav add the rind and juice of 2 medium lemons, ½ a cup of coconut and a splash more water.
Pre heat your oven to 180*and get a muffin tray ready with those cute little paper cups. Grab a bowl and sift all the dry ingredient together, then add the oil, vinegar, vanilla and whatever flavor you want. Pour in most of the water and add more if it looks to lumpy or dry. You dont want it to runny, more of a cake batter.
Spoon into your paper cups and pop them in the oven for 20 mins. When they cool down.
