Vegan Muesli
Muesli
-3cups rolled oats
-2cups wheat germ
-1/2cup sunflower seeds
-1/4cup pumpkin seeds
-1/2cup cashews, chopped
-1/2cup almonds, chopped
-1/2cup shredded/ flaked coconut
-1/4cup maple syrup or golden syrup
-1cup dried fruit (raisins, cran-raisins, apricots, figs, whatever)
*Preheat the oven to 180*C. In a big bowl whack all your ingredients except your fruit. Mix it up, pour the mixture into a lightly oiled baking pan. Make sure the mixture is evenly spread. You wana bake for about an hour and stir every 15 mins so it all turns golden. Let it cool down then add your fruit.
*One of the best things about this recipe is the lovely smell coming from your oven. Oh and the price it’s about ¼ the price of buying muesli.
