Ginger bread

-1cup molasses or treacle
-1/2cup sugar
-1cup marg
-1/2cup soy milk
-2cups self-raising flour
-1½T ground ginger
-1tsp cinnamon
-1tsp baking powder
-1/2tsp salt

*Preheat the oven at 190*C. Mosh up the molasses, sugar and marg with a fork or blend them up.
Then add everything except the baking powder and soy. In a cup mix up your soy and baking power, then add to the rest of the ingredients. Stir until it’s all combined. Pour the mixture into a greased up bread tin or cake tin. Circle/ square, don’t really matter aye. Bake for around half an hour, check it out and if a tooth pick jabbed into the middle comes out clean it’s done. If not put some tin foil over it and bung it back in at a lower heat. Check it every 5-10 mins.
