Vegan mug cake
- Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 2 tablespoons cocoa
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar or white
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 tablespoon canola oil, melted coconut oil or vegan butter
- 3 tablespoons non-dairy milk
- 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract (optional)
Mix all dry ingredients and slowly add the wet ones, microwave for about 1 or 2 minutes.
